In Africa

The foundation provides direct support to disadvantaged children, particularly orphaned children who lost their parents to the war in Northern Uganda as a result of abduction or were killed by the Lord Resistance Army led by Joseph Kony. Our support ranges from helping a child stay in school through child sponsorship, providing psycho-social support to children exposed to traumatic events, provision of scholastic materials, providing access to medical services and ensuring children do not go hungry.

In Australia

​

The over-representation of young people of African background in the justice system in Australia is worrying and it is a high time the community steps in to address this issue. The Foundation through volunteers,

• Mentor and support children below the age of 18 years who are going through the justice system who have been placed on diversion programs.

• Prison visits and mentoring of other young people of African background who have been or still through the justice system and are either in Prison or released into the community. The purpose of this service is to stop them from re-offending and to live new better lives in a supported environment.
